Dear Al,
I am writing on behalf of my wife and myself to say how very pleased we are with the new Shower room you designed and installed in our second bathroom. As I admit to you at this time - you certainly were not the cheapest, but the installation was done with little disruption and little mess. Your workmen were polite and their work was of the highest quality. It is said 'You get what you pay for' we certainly believe we got value for money
